Here’s the story behind the name of my blog:
I studied abroad in Sydney, Australia from Feb to June 2011. {Where I got to pet a koala}
While I was there, I met a girl named Jenny, who has a nickname Bendy Jenny. We went camping together for a few days over our break and here we are on the sand dunes!
She did poses each place she went and I decided to do a bridge (wheel pose) each place I went and noticed my bridge improving throughout the trip.
I decided it was really fun and continued doing it whenever I got a chance at a new place I went. So “Bridges through Life” came from my daily bridges I did at new places. I also thought the name served me well as I continue to learn and grow throughout my life, crossing bridges to new chapters. Hope you enjoy following my journey!
